Job summary

Quikrete Materials is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve equipment condition, reliability, and life expectancy through advanced reliability tools and maintenance techniques. The role emphasizes proactive inspection, preventive maintenance, and data-driven decision making in a cement manufacturing environment.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, 2+ years of maintenance experience, strong communication, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in cement manufacturing or related industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and through presentations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Inspection Program.
• Administer Preventative and Predictive Maintenance program, including inspection checklist quality and frequency.
• Coordinate vibration, oil, non-destructive, ultrasonic, infrared, and other advanced detection activities.
• Conduct reliability studies, reduce maintenance costs, and design out problems on major projects.
• Lead implementation of maintenance tools, systems, and organizational improvements.
• Develop and maintain plant maintenance standards and identify potential issues.
