Job summary

Quikrete Materials seeks a Reliability Engineer to improve equipment condition, reliability, and life expectancy through advanced reliability tools and predictive/preventative maintenance techniques.

The role focuses on coordinating inspection programs, implementing maintenance strategies, and driving cost-effective reliability improvements across plant operations in a 24/7 cement manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering required.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and through presentations.
• Must be able to meet on-call responsibilities in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Inspection Program.
• Administer the Preventative and Predictive Maintenance program, including inspection checklist quality and frequency.
• Coordinate vibration, oil, non-destructive, ultrasonic, infrared, and other advanced detection activities.
• Conduct reliability studies, reduce maintenance costs, recommend modifications/replacements, and design out problems on major projects.
• Lead implementation of maintenance tools, systems, and organizational improvements.
