CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance for a major fulfillment center, partnering with client leadership to ensure reliable operations.

You will oversee conveyance systems, robotics, and preventive maintenance, driving safety and efficiency while managing the budget and staff. The role emphasizes collaboration with client executives and operations teams to deliver best-in-class maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) required.
• 5+ years leading and coaching employees in a manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years with maintenance of material handling equipment.
• 2+ years in packaging automation and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, forecasting and budgeting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first culture and lead maintenance for a fulfillment center.
• Provide subject matter expertise on high-speed conveyance and robotics.
• Supervise employees within a single functional area.
• Coach/mentor staff on preventive maintenance strategies and PM/PDM tasks.
• Direct local team to meet daily maintenance metrics targets.
• Manage the maintenance-related budget for the facility.
• Approve staffing actions and coordinate with management for promotions/removal.
• Plan staffing levels and labor utilization, including overtime.
• Deliver performance appraisals and participate in corporate programs.
• Lead by example and cultivate relationships with client and operations team.
