Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems in a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems throughout the site.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation of preventative maintenance, and collaboration with the Client and Operations Maintenance team to ensure reliable operations and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with hand tools and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot MHE and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventative maintenance routines.
• Coordinate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
