Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead daily material handling and maintenance for multi-site facilities, prioritizing safety and reliability. You will plan work, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement in partnership with regional managers.

You will supervise teams maintaining high-speed conveyance systems and manufacturing equipment while coordinating staffing, training, and corrective actions to ensure optimal operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil engineering or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience leading and coaching employee performance in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• 2+ years' experience with preventive/predictive maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first culture and oversee daily material handling and maintenance for multi-site facilities.
• Plan, schedule, and direct work of employees and evaluate quality of work.
• Lead a team maintaining high-speed conveyance systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Assist Managers with hiring, training, evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and lead Root Cause and Corrective Actions for continuous improvement.
