Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead site-wide maintenance and reliability programs at the Akron facility. You will oversee troubleshooting, equipment optimization, and reliability initiatives to improve throughput, profitability, and safety across multiple plants.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering or Technology and at least seven years of manufacturing experience, with strong knowledge of ASME/ANSI codes, leadership, and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Technology required.
• Minimum seven years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards (ASME/ANSI) and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability at the site, driving plant throughput, profitability, stability, reliability and safety for multiple facilities.
• Develop and manage yearly maintenance budgets and capital plans.
• Provide technical specifications for design, inspection and repair of equipment.
