Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and reliability practices.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and contractors while delivering results.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery and facilities.
• Develop and mentor a team of maintenance professionals.
• Drive uptime and reliability to support production goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and contractors on improvements and capital projects.
• Lead cost-reduction, energy efficiency, and maintenance optimization initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA, environmental, and safety compliance and a safe workplace.
