Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
5–10 years of rotating equipment design, installation and maintenance experience in refining/chemical/power sectors.
Strong safety mindset and ability to communicate clearly with internal/external clients.

Responsibilities

Be the site SME for machinery assets (pumps, compressors, fans, gearboxes).
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
Apply data analysis to resolve repetitive failures in rotating equipment.
Lead development of long-range plant machinery upgrades and maintenance strategies.
Provide technical support during design, installation, and modification of assets to minimize life cycle cost.
