LyondellBasell is seeking an Electrical Engineering - Reliability Specialist for our Edison plant to drive maintenance reliability and asset performance. Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering; minimum 3 years of experience in refining, petrochemical, chemical processing, or power generation.
• Strong interpersonal leadership; ability to communicate complex issues across the organization and mentor others.
• Understanding of business drivers, change management, reliability processes, and maintenance workflow.
• Proficiency basics in industry codes and standards; familiarity with safety and reliability concepts.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day maintenance support and troubleshooting for instruments and electrical issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and propose improvements.
• Apply data analysis to develop engineering solutions for recurring problems affecting capacity, quality, cost, safety, and compliance.
• Lead or participate in root cause investigations; contribute to incident analysis.
• Define and refine maintenance plans, including preventive and predictive tasks; evaluate repair/replace decisions.
