Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Manager for our Fort Worth, Texas facility. This leadership role transforms the maintenance organization into a world-class reliability function, delivering safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing.

You will partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to restore equipment, remove chronic losses, and build a capable maintenance culture that sustains world-class performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of operational and management experience in manufacturing environment.
• Formal project management training or certifications preferred.
• Experience managing technical disciplines and budgets in manufacturing.
• Must be a capable program & capital project manager with cross-site experience.
• Knowledge of IWS/ TPM pillars and standard work desired.
• Proven ability to drive reliability improvements and cost reduction.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, SAP PM or CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and sustain a Spare Parts Stocking Strategy and part-kitting programs.
• Lead MP&S, R&M Cost Execution, PM Pillar/IWS.
• Conduct loss/breakdown analysis, vendor management, and mechanic development.
• Develop lubrication, utility system management, and maintenance safety programs.
• Direct Maintenance, Purchasing, Infrastructure and Controls departments to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering on 3-5 year capital masterplan and project execution.
• Lead capital programs from concept to initial production with cost and schedule focus.
• Drive site-wide reliability improvements and regulatory compliance.
