Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in maintenance reliability programs with leadership experience.
• Experience with P&ID drawings and CIP processes required.
• Knowledge of BDE/RCA/IPS and preventive/predictive maintenance concepts.

• Lead maintenance systems to improve reliability and eliminate downtime.
• Provide technical support and foster a culture of leadership.
