Job summary

Danone is seeking a Maintenance Lead for the Fort Worth, Texas plant. You will drive safety and excellence by ensuring reliable equipment performance to meet production demand.

Responsibilities include planning weekly/monthly maintenance, prioritizing work orders, and leading optimization with line teams. The role requires a 4-year engineering degree or equivalent and 3-5 years manufacturing leadership experience, with strong knowledge of maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and SAP/Microsoft

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years manufacturing experience with demonstrated technical aptitude and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize work orders and notifications within 24 hours.
• Lead the planning of maintenance for the next week and month.
• Coordinate the planned stop and integrate maintenance tasks into the plan.
• Drive maintenance scheduling and KPI tracking for MP&S system.
• Update maintenance documentation, Create One Point Lessons and train line teams.
• Collaborate with storeroom to manage parts and inventory.
• Support startup/shutdown optimization with Line Leader/Process Engineer.
• Provide feedback to design on new equipment or line speed changes.
• Participate in vendor acceptance tests and project work.
