Job summary

Danone North America in Mt. Crawford, Virginia, is looking for a Maintenance Leader to drive TPM, CI, and reliability across key production lines. You will lead maintenance planning, coach teams, and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and quality.

This role requires strong leadership and the ability to operate in a 24/7 manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will bring engineering education and 5+ years of related experience, with proven TPM and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Engineering.
• 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education.
• Proven TPM and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all associates and our products.
• Attend and support all line meetings as part of the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) process.
• Work with Line Leaders and Process Engineers in the development and execution of Plan for the Day and loss elimination activities.
• Communicate metrics for maintenance and reliability activities; own downtime, MTBF & MTTR improvements.
