Job summary

Dizario Search is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance and reliability function in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on leader will drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and promote a strong safety culture across plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant technical experience, including maintenance leadership.
• Manufacturing maintenance experience; food, pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of reliability practices, maintenance planning, and equipment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team.
• Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to improve plant performance.
• Manage maintenance budgets, work orders, spare parts, and capital improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and maintenance performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and applicable regulatory requirements.
