Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing facility. The role focuses on equipment reliability, uptime improvement, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced industrial setting.

The successful candidate will collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering to optimize asset health and manufacturing performance, while developing the maintenance team and driving safety-first practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance or technical teams.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Experience with CMMS or similar planning tools.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a skilled maintenance workforce while promoting safe work practices and operational discipline.
• Drive reliability initiatives through preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Partner with production teams to improve equipment availability, throughput, and overall operational efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, repair activities, and maintenance best practices.
• Utilize maintenance management systems and performance data to prioritize work and drive data-driven decisions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and extend asset life cycles.
• Support production needs through flexible scheduling and occasional off-hours leadership coverage when required.
