Job summary

Georgia-Pacific’s Diboll Particleboard facility is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department, develop objectives, and guide reliability initiatives. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and budget adherence in a high‑stakes industrial setting.

You will drive preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, partnering with mill leadership to meet annual targets and optimize process uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance field in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience using CMMS, MS Office (Word, Excel) for reports and data.
• Ability to read mechanical, structural and electrical drawings.
• Experience leading maintenance improvements and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the maintenance department to meet safety, quality, cost and customer service objectives.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize process efficiency.
• Develop and implement maintenance, PM, and continuous improvement strategies while managing the maintenance budget.
