Job summary

Sibelco in Wilson, NC seeks a Reliability Manager to lead reliability excellence across North America processing plants. You will implement lean maintenance, predictive maintenance technologies, and RCMS approaches to maximize equipment availability and safety.

Travel 60-70% and partner with maintenance planners, operations and leadership to drive continuous improvement and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

Proven experience in reliability/maintenance engineering within manufacturing or heavy industry.
Ability to develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
Strong collaboration with maintenance planners, supervisors, and operations.
Travel 60–70% to support multiple plants and projects.
Leads reliability excellence programs and KPI development.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with plant maintenance, production and leadership to measure and improve reliability of the production process.
Provide engineering support for maintenance planning, supervision, and operation.
Develop and implement safe operation and high equipment reliability initiatives.
Lead and maintain reliability maintenance strategy documents and KPIs.
Apply Lean maintenance tools to empower teams and reduce costs.
Rank asset criticality using RCMA approaches and define proactive maintenance actions.
Identify and implement predictive maintenance technologies and monitor outcomes.
Investigate root causes of equipment failures and verify corrective actions.
