Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities on site in Wilson, NC. You will supervise technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective work, and drive safety and efficiency in a 24/7 production environment.

You will apply your experience in industrial maintenance, welding, electrical skills, and proficiency with SAP to optimize machine availability and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance environments is required.
• Hands-on experience with conveyor systems is preferred.
• Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and work order management is required.
• Welding and fabrication experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities on site, including internal and external technicians.
• Support the planner in preparing maintenance activities and schedules.
• Lead RCA and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
• Ensure safety standards and SOPs are followed during maintenance work.
