Job summary
Sibelco Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Wilson, NC plant maintenance team, driving TPM processes across a large recycled glass facility. You will oversee equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with regional teams.
Ideal candidates will have a mechanical or electrical engineering background with 8–10+ years in maintenance, including supervisory experience, and strong ERP/SAP proficiency and TPM experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8–10+ years of maintenance experience with 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
- Lean Manufacturing (5S) and/or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- ERP systems experience (SAP) and TPM maintenance program familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the plant maintenance team to maintain, troubleshoot and repair plant equipment.
- Enforce safe practices within the department and train staff on safety.
- Develop and refine maintenance planning and preventive maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Use SAP CMMS for asset tracking, budgeting, and reporting; manage vendor relationships.
