Job summary

Novolex seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager II to lead maintenance and reliability in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will ensure equipment reliability, oversee a maintenance team, and drive Lean initiatives while balancing safety and cost control.

Key responsibilities include managing CMMS, planning, budgeting, and implementing proactive strategies to reduce downtime and improve plant performance. Collaboration with Production and Engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.
• Experience with CMMS platforms and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Improve OEE and equipment performance with reliability strategies.
• Own CMMS, asset data, PM programs, and work orders.
• Lead troubleshooting and communicate issues to plant leadership.
• Drive Lean initiatives (5S, Standard Work) and safety compliance.
