Job summary

DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation in Concord, NC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, executing preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance to maximize safety and reliability.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, CMMS proficiency (MaintainX preferred), and the ability to coordinate with Operations while managing budgets and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Previous supervisory experience of 2+ years.
• Experience with CMMS systems; MaintainX preferred.
• Experience with boilers, chillers, HVAC and related equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and NEC preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of 12 maintenance technicians in a 24/7 facility.
• Implement and execute preventive maintenance programs and ensure effectiveness.
• Establish performance standards for maintenance activities.
• Monitor KPIs for maintenance and reliability.
• Improve utilities, infrastructure, and grounds management.
• Collaborate with Operations to meet Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide safety and technical training.
• Control expenses within budget guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
