Rocky Mountain Steel Mills seeks a Reliability Manager to lead site reliability and asset management at the Pueblo facility. You will drive RCm, CBM, and prescriptive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve asset performance.

The role requires strong engineering background, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on experience with CMMS, data analytics, and reliability metrics such as MTBF and OEE.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CMMS systems and data analysis tools.
• Reliability certification or to be obtained within first year of employment; Lean/Six Sigma preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the site reliability strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Lead RCA and defect elimination and mentor Reliability Engineers.
• Improve equipment reliability across all production lines using MTBF/MTTR/OEE analysis.
• Implement RCm, CBM, and predictive maintenance programs with AI integration.
• Partner with maintenance planning to optimize work orders and procedures.
• Develop and sustain reliability metrics and accountability systems.
• Provide training and develop plant capability in advanced diagnostics.
