Rocky Mountain Steel Mills in Pueblo, Colorado, seeks a Reliability Manager to lead development and continuous improvement of site reliability and asset management programs. You will drive equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and guide RCA, RC M, and CBM initiatives using data-driven decisions.

The role requires extensive maintenance/engineering background, leadership of cross-functional teams, and ability to implement strategies aligned with industry best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred; 10+ years in reliability/maintenance/asset management.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CMMS systems and data analysis; reliability certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive site reliability strategy across maintenance, operations, and engineering.
• Lead RCA program and defect elimination with structured methodologies (5-Why, FMEA).
• Implement RC M and CBM with AI-driven platforms to optimize Remaining Useful Life (RUL).
• Improve work order planning, scheduling compliance and maintenance effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop personnel in reliability principles and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with planning to standardize job plans and maintenance procedures.
