Job summary

Steel Warehouse is seeking a Corporate Reliability Engineer to lead enterprise-wide equipment reliability, predictive maintenance and asset performance initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. The role owns the AssetWatch predictive maintenance program and drives effective use of Limble CMMS integration.

The engineer will influence teams across locations, review health data, lead root cause investigations and support maintenance teams to improve asset performance and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance and reliability experience.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and predictive maintenance programs.
• Review condition monitoring and equipment health data.
• Lead root cause investigations.
• Support plant maintenance teams.
• Optimize AssetWatch and Limble workflows.
• Develop KPI reporting and accountability.
