Job summary

voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak in Pueblo, CO seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team, drive a proactive maintenance strategy, and improve equipment reliability. The role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on safety, uptime, and cost effectiveness in a heavy manufacturing setting.

Requirements include 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, 3+ years of supervision, CMP/RCM expertise, and strong electrical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience implementing preventive & predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience utilizing CMMS for maintenance planning & reliability improvements.
• Strong electrical knowledge: power distribution, motors, PLCs, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance department with focus on reliability and safety.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive RCA and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan maintenance schedules and coordinate with production.
• Manage maintenance budgets and cost controls.
• Ensure environmental and safety compliance.
