Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead the Maintenance Department and drive up time, asset utilization and efficiency. You will implement proven maintenance processes and oversee the maintenance budget.

In this role you will develop and manage preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance programs, supervise CMMS data quality, and mentor team members while collaborating with the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
• 3-5 years in a maintenance function with electrical reliability focus.
• Proficient with CMMS (SAP/MP2/7 I, PMC) and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Champion reliability-centered maintenance using world class techniques.
• Track KPIs for equipment reliability and planning efficiency.
• Manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs and records.
• Schedule manpower with maintenance supervisor for best outcomes.
• Analyze KPIs to find improvement opportunities.
• Develop cost and time estimates for maintenance work.
