Job summary

Mentor Technical Group seeks a Reliability Leader to design and drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies across multiple locations, improving asset performance and service quality.

You will lead maintenance programs, mentor staff, and coordinate CMMS-driven improvements to reduce downtime and lifecycle costs while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required; ME preferred.
• Maintenance and Reliability professional certifications highly preferred.
• RCM/CMMS related certifications are advantageous.
• PM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to improve preventive and predictive maintenance across multiple locations.
• Lead maintenance and operations improvement projects across multiple locations.
• Maximize equipment reliability focusing on availability, uptime and cost reductions.
• Apply reliability processes to advise clients on asset management and CMMS usage.
• Train staff on reliability methodologies and CMMS utilization.
• Promote Mentor Technical Group as the preferred reliability services provider.
