Job summary

NSG Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance/ Reliability Engineer to lead the planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs across a manufacturing facility. You will drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and capital projects to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance or reliability, and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or related functions in manufacturing.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Experience leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
Lead 8D and other problem-solving activities for equipment failures.
Audit maintenance programs for effectiveness and compliance.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve safety and productivity.
Support capital projects and major maintenance shutdowns.
