Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Reliability Leader for the Longview Lumber facility in Longview, WA. You will report to the Mill Manager and drive reliability improvements across operations, leading RCA, metrics, and training while prioritizing safety and inclusion.

You will manage the predictive maintenance team, partner with operations, and ensure thorough reliability tracking in SAP. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a strong, collaborative leadership style.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage reliability activities, prioritizing safety of associates and contractors.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and own the mill's reliability roadmap with monthly metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and deliver reliability training for maintenance and operations.
• Facilitate problem solving and team meetings; be part of the maintenance leadership team.
• Utilize SAP to track reliability processes and support CMMS goals.
• Record failures with Event Response Forms and logs; support preventive maintenance.
