In this salaried role, you’ll report directly to the Mill Manager and be at the forefront of driving reliability improvements across our operations.Key Functions:The Reliability Manager is expected to be a role model for our core values of safety, integrity, citizenship, sustainability, and inclusionDevelop and manage all reliability activities, with the Safety of associates and contractors being the highest priorityImplement Weyerhaeuser Standard Manufacturing Processes (SMPs) across the siteLead the Root Cause Analysis processOwn the mill’s reliability roadmap and provide monthly metrics and status reports to Senior ManagementDrive continuous improvement and innovationDevelop and deliver reliability training for maintenance and operationsFacilitate problem solving and team meetingsBe an integral part of the maintenance leadership team and support reliability and continuous improvement efforts,Directly manage the predictive maintenance teamPartner with operations and maintenance to record failures with Event Response Forms, video and alarm system logsSupport the preventative maintenance program to address previous or anticipated failure modesUse data and observation to identify constraints and work with the team to improve performanceUse tools and techniques such as Root Cause Analysis, Criticality Analysis and Failure Modes and Effects AnalysisProvide cost-effective solutions & manage budgetsTrack, trend, and report on key performance indicators and help drive improvementSupport and/or lead capital projectsUtilize computerized maintenance management system (SAP) to ensure reliability processes are thoroughly trackedWe've been delivering quality building products and solutions to our customers for more than 100 years. Please be advised that due to the designation of this position as safety-sensitive, you will be subject to pre-employment testing for cannabis and its metabolites.What We Offer...Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $82,000 - $123,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay.
