Job summary

Wells Enterprises is seeking an experienced Reliability Leader to oversee all reliability functions at the facility and supervise maintenance technicians and planners. You will promote proactive, predictive maintenance and ensure optimal equipment performance across the site.

You will lead RCA efforts, mentor staff, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and vendors to drive improvements while aligning with GMP and food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Knowledge of reliability standards and predictive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability functions and supervise maintenance staff.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and condition-monitoring programs.
• Coordinate root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Manage schedules, payroll, and budget contributions.
