Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a Reliability Engineer in Denton to lead reliability initiatives across our facilities. You will analyze equipment history, perform root cause analyses, and support upgrades and new equipment deployments focused on reliability and maintainability.

You will drive autonomous maintenance, promote preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, participate in audits, and train operations teams on CMMS usage and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CMRP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• 7 years in industrial maintenance or manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads RCA efforts to prevent equipment failures and shares findings across sites.
• Monitors MTTR and MTBF to identify reliability improvements.
• Assists in PM optimization based on PM and PdM data.
• Supports design and installation of new equipment with reliability focus.
• Reviews spare parts and mitigates obsolescence risks.
