Job summary
Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to strengthen industrial maintenance strategies across US sites. You will apply RCA, FMEA, and predictive maintenance to improve reliability and throughput.
Lead cross-functional teams, mentor technicians, and ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and EPA standards while advancing WEM practices and KPI alignment.
Qualifications
- ABET-accredited engineering degree or equivalent maintenance/operations experience.
- Experience with RCA, FMEA, and reliability tool sets.
- Advanced predictive technology knowledge and vibration analysis.
- Strong math, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with computers and maintenance systems (MS Office).
- Ability to research and apply new equipment technology and trends.
Responsibilities
- Partners with internal/external customers for engineered reliability solutions.
- Identify CAPEX opportunities and communicate ROI with supervision.
- Champion reliability best practices and maintenance strategies.
- Lead and mentor teams in WEM and reliability improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis and fault tree analyses.
- Collaborate with leadership to align ATS and customer KPIs.
