Job summary

Locke Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment, machinery, tools, and facilities safe, reliable, and operational. The role aims to minimize downtime while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence, reporting to the Production Manager.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, strong communication, and a passion for keeping a fast-paced manufacturing environment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or plant maintenance preferred.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential problems before downtime.
• Maintain and repair molds, tools, fixtures, guards, and production equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of spare parts.
