Job summary

PepsiCo is searching for an experienced Maintenance & Engineering Supervisor at the Indianapolis Gatorade Facility. You will lead maintenance operations, drive reliability, and optimize costs while ensuring safety and production goals.

You will manage frontline technicians, implement process improvements, and coordinate cross-functionally to sustain asset performance on shift. Candidates should have 3+ years engineering/maintenance experience and lean/six sigma credentials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineer/maintenance experience required.
• Microsoft user level required.
• 3+ years maintenance/repair experience desired.
• Lean Six Sigma certificate desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity.
• Implement process improvements to enhance changeover efficiency.
• Utilize visual factory concepts to maximize asset utilization.
• Lead maintenance technicians and build capability.
• Track metrics and prioritize maintenance opportunities.
• Maintain CMMS and drive reliability initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop a team and communicate effectively with frontline staff.
