Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Manager of Reliability Engineering to lead maintenance and reliability for a fulfillment center. You will supervise a team of specialists, drive maintenance programs, and partner with senior leadership to shape the facilities roadmap and drive operational efficiency.

You will own projects across electrical, refrigeration, building, and grounds, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing facilities maintenance/operations and reliability within Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience on shop floor and direct engagement with staff at all levels.
• OSHA regulations knowledge; OSHA certification a plus.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee M&RE-related projects including facilities maintenance (electrical, refrigeration, building, grounds).
• Asset Performance: Implement RCM, RCA, and FMEA to reduce downtime.
• Oversee predictive maintenance with condition-monitoring technologies like vibration analysis and infrared thermography.
• Motivate, engage, coach, and inspire a team of specialists and vendors.
• Ensure maintenance regulations are followed and emergency repairs are handled promptly.
