Job summary
HelloFresh is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer at our Derby site to maintain, repair, and improve automated and non-automated systems on-site. You will ensure equipment uptime, perform preventive maintenance, and support automation systems including conveyance and facilities equipment.
Responsibilities include monitoring, diagnosing, repairing, and documenting work in CMMS, collaborating with contractors, and mentoring junior engineers while adhering to health, safety, and food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
- Strong PLC/HMI and automation troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and CMMS documentation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair automation systems to maximize uptime.
- Perform preventive maintenance on automation, robotics, and control panels.
- Diagnose issues and perform root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
- Document all work in CMMS and ticketing systems.
- Mentor junior engineers on reliability practices and techniques.
