Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks an experienced Reliability Engineering leader to develop and implement reliability frameworks across our hardware and software products.

You will guide product teams through the lifecycle, applying FMEA/FMECA, HALT/HASS, Weibull analyses, and DO- standards to drive continuous improvement with hands-on leadership.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration and eligibility for U.S. security clearance.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in Reliability Engineering with leadership exp.
• Proven track record building and scaling technical teams.
• Deep expertise in FMEA/FMECA, predictive modeling, Weibull, FTA.
• Knowledge of MIL-STDs and safety-critical systems.
• Eligible for U.S. security clearance.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor a team of Reliability Engineers across programs.
• Develop tailored reliability and maintainability plans.
• Drive risk mitigation, MTBF optimization, and data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and field teams.
• Review FMEAs, FMECAs, and test plans for complex hardware.
• Provide executive reporting on progress and strategy.
