Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer to champion the reliability of our autonomous systems from concept through production. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to ensure robust designs, safety, and field readiness while guiding cross-functional fault investigations and CAPAs.

The role requires extensive experience with reliability analysis methods, MIL-STD standards, and a active U.S.

Qualifications

8+ years in reliability, design, or test engineering.
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering or equivalent.
Experience with safety-critical hardware/software in defense/aerospace.
Expertise in FMEA/FMECA, predictive modeling, Weibull analysis, and Fault Tree Analysis.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Review system block diagrams, interfaces, and schematics for compliance and redundancy against requirements.
Lead FMEA/FTA efforts with cross-functional teams to implement design improvements.
Perform predictive reliability analysis to assess loss probabilities and MTBF/MTTF.
Develop and execute Qualification and Validation Test plans for production readiness.
Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA closure across design, production, and field.
