Qualifications

• High School diploma with 5 years of manufacturing, maintenance, or reliability experience.
• Associate's Degree in a technical field with 2 years of manufacturing, maintenance, or reliability experience.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems; Maximo preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and reliability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze equipment performance and maintenance data.
• Assist in identifying reliability improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Support failure investigations with information from records and operating data.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Track metrics like downtime, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Assist in reviewing equipment designs for reliability and maintainability.
• Support spare parts optimization through data analysis.
