Job summary

Infinitek Limited in Macon, GA is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our maintenance team. You will focus on improving equipment reliability, reducing failures and keeping the plant running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance.
• Experience with reliability, preventative/predictive maintenance or condition monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Perform root cause failure analysis.

Job description

We’re working with a major manufacturing operation in Macon, GA that is looking to add a Reliability Engineer to its maintenance team.

The focus is straightforward: improve equipment reliability, reduce failures and keep the plant running efficiently.

You’ll work closely with Maintenance, Engineering and Production, using preventative and predictive maintenance, condition monitoring and root cause analysis to identify problems and drive improvements.

What you’ll be doing

• Root cause failure analysis
• Preventative, predictive and condition-based maintenance
• Equipment reliability and uptime improvement
• Maintenance KPI development and tracking
• Identifying and prioritising reliability projects
• Working with Maintenance and Production to improve maintenance workflows

What they’re looking for

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related discipline
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Reliability, preventative/predictive maintenance or condition monitoring experiencei>

Package

$95,000 to $120,000 + benefits, including 401(k) with 5% match, medical, dental and vision, wellness reimbursement, professional development and relocation support where applicable.
