Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in manufacturing and reliability engineering.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and RCA.
• Familiarity with FMEA and lean manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of site-wide maintenance strategies.
• Lead PM Pillar and mentor associates on proactive maintenance.
• Drive metrics like MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, and wrench time.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for asset care excellence.
• Ensure governance of maintenance programs and reliability initiatives.
