Mars Topeka site seeks a Reliability Engineer to champion proactive maintenance across the manufacturing footprint. You will lead PM Pillar initiatives, mentor associates, and implement data-driven reliability practices for equipment, processes, utilities, and safety systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 5+ years in reliability engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing, processing, or industrial reliability environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspire a multi-disciplinary team of five associates and planners.
• Own maintenance strategy, end-to-end planning, scheduling, and PM/PdM oversight.
• Drive asset reliability improvements and PMO initiatives.
• Lead Quality Calibrations governance and audits.
• Develop project designs, schedules, and cost estimates for infra upgrades.
