Job summary

ATI, a global manufacturer, is seeking a Reliability Engineer for our Cudahy, WI facility to drive OEE through the 8 TPM pillars and to manage the CMMS (Infor EAM). The role focuses on zero breakdowns, zero defects, and zero accidents, while improving infrastructure reliability across the plant.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with distributors and OEMs on preventive maintenance, and expand predictive maintenance activities to optimize equipment availability and life cycle costs.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in reliability engineering.
• Hands-on CMMS experience and data retrieval.
• Proficient with SQL and Microsoft Office.
• Data analysis skills (reliability modelling, statistics, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to facility staff in reliability improvement.
• Mentor and train employees in reliability concepts.
• Collaborate with distributors and OEMs to define preventive maintenance tasks.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures for equipment.
• Expand predictive maintenance activities (oil analysis, thermography, vibration).
• Lead reliability improvement teams for critical equipment (TPM, FMEA, RCA, Life Cycle).
• Perform duties of CMMS system administrator.
