ATI, a global manufacturer, is seeking a Reliability Engineer for our Cudahy, WI facility to drive OEE through the 8 TPM pillars and to manage the CMMS (Infor EAM). The role focuses on zero breakdowns, zero defects, and zero accidents, while improving infrastructure reliability across the plant.
You will mentor staff, collaborate with distributors and OEMs on preventive maintenance, and expand predictive maintenance activities to optimize equipment availability and life cycle costs.

ATI is currently looking for a Reliability Engineer located at our Cudahy, WI facility. The primary role of Reliability Engineer is to continuously improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of equipment and processes through the on-going implementation and development of the 8 Pillars of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). A successful Reliability Engineer will administer and further enhance the use of our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Infor EAM. The Reliability Engineer plays a critical role that will inspire a culture of zero breakdowns, zero defects, and zero accidents.
