• This role requires hands-on experience with advanced packaging, interposer, and heterogeneous integration technologies.
• Experience developing and executing package reliability qualification plans and accelerated stress methodologies.
• Knowledge of degradation mechanisms including thermomechanical fatigue, electromigration, moisture-induced failures, and delamination.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute reliability qualification strategies for advanced packaging and interconnect solutions.
• Evaluate packaging technologies to meet reliability requirements of high-performance Test & Measurement applications.
• Investigate degradation mechanisms and develop qualification methodologies to predict field performance and lifetime.
• Apply statistical and data analysis techniques to identify reliability risks and guide technology decisions.
• Build and expand package reliability characterization infrastructure to support future growth in capability and test capacity.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to translate reliability data into action.
