Keysight in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Reliability Engineer-Compound Semiconductor Device to lead reliability qualification for advanced ICs used in RF, microwave, millimeter‑wave, and high‑speed digital products. You will work with device engineers, process technologists, and manufacturing to ensure long‑term performance and compliance with stringent requirements.

Responsibilities include designing qualification plans, analyzing degradation, and applying statistics to guide technology development

Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in transistor/diode operation, device physics, reliability methodologies, accelerated life testing, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute reliability qualification strategies for advanced compound semiconductor ICs.
Evaluate emerging semiconductor device technologies for reliability in RF, microwave, & digital applications.
Investigate degradation mechanisms, develop acceleration methodologies, and plan long-term device reliability.
Apply advanced statistics to identify risks and guide technology decisions.
Build reliability characterization infrastructure to enable rapid assessment of new tech.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to translate reliability data into action.
Communicate results to stakeholders to influence roadmaps.
