Job summary

ATS is seeking a senior reliability professional to lead and coach RCA and FMEA efforts, implement RCM and predictive maintenance strategies, and drive reliability improvements in industrial settings. The role requires collaboration with maintenance teams and leadership to optimize equipment performance.

Strong technical background in electrical or mechanical systems, plus extensive certifications and cross-functional leadership, will support reliability initiatives across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ABET-accredited engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven years of reliability experience.
• Lead/Coaching experience with RCA, RCM & FMEA.
• Master level proficiency in Predictive Technology.
• Proficiency with reliability tools and maintenance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and adheres to safety culture.
• Partners with internal/external customers for engineered solutions to improve reliability and throughput.
• Identify opportunities for capital expenditures with ROI communication.
• Train and mentor on reliability strategies and WEM concepts.
• Lead failure mode effects analyses and fault tree analyses.
• Align ATS/Customer KPIs with leadership on maintenance performance.
