Job summary

Axiom Global Technologies in Cleveland, OH seeks a Plant Reliability Engineer to improve equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and extend asset life. You will lead reliability programs across maintenance and operations, optimizing planning and execution to boost OEE.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in an engineering discipline and 3–7 years of reliability/maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, with CMMS and predictive maintenance tool expertise. CRE/CMRP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing or process plant environment.
• Experience with CMMS, vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication management, and predictive maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to identify trends and risks.
• Partner with Maintenance and Operations teams to optimize maintenance planning and execution.
• Drive reliability initiatives using RCM, FMEA, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide reliability expertise for capital projects, equipment installation, and commissioning.
• Track reliability KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians and operators on reliability best practices.
