Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking an Engineering Intern to support reliability engineering at Harrington and Nichols Stations, working with engineers to gain hands-on experience in planning, capital projects, and troubleshooting. You will assist with SAP work orders and prepare funding requests, and learn ProjectWise to pull and update drawings, with a May 31, 2027 start date and hybrid in-person work.

• Current student, Sophomore or higher (as of Fall 2027).
• Enrolled in an ABET accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in any Engineering major.
• Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Environmental majors preferred.
